Blend the contents of the oil sachet into the scrub mixture and hand-stir until mixed well. Scrub your body while still dry before turning the shower on, beginning around your shoulders, working your way down to your feet, using the entire package to cover every inch of your skin you can reach. Active the hydration phase by re-scrubbing the entire body while adding small amounts of water and any remaining polish. Rinse completely. Do not use any soaps or body cleansers. Seal in your newly replenished moisture by applying a body oil.
