Perhaps most importantly, it contains plant-sterol called beta-sitosterol (a 5-alpha reductase compound) that has been found effective in treating hair fallout. When used pre-emptively, sage is also thought to defend against dandruff.

Normal Hair: After shampooing with our All Over Soap + Shampoo, apply this pleasantly light conditioner all over your scalp and hair. If you have the time, leave it on for a few minutes.
Fine Hair: Apply after shampooing and rinse out directly after applying.
To Deep Condition: Leave Hair Smoothie on your hair for a few hours or over night.
Leave-In Conditioner: Apply sparsely to the tips of your clean hair and style as normal.
